Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Conduct OSP Network surveys for brownfield and greenfield sites. • Plan and design OSP civil and cable layouts using the Design Tool ESRI ArcGIS. • Generate schematics and related documents, such as power budgets, key maps, and drum plans. • Export design drawings using specific templates. • Review as-built plans, test results and provide post construction inspections. • Create BoQs for fiber/civil designs. • Assist the permits team with design drawings. • Support project teams in understanding designs and support in implementation. • Update the As-built package in the Design Tool. • Optimize OSP designs for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness • Generate and update reports, presenting them to management. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. • Provide technical support during project implementation and troubleshoot Physical network related issues Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer, Electrical, Civil, Telecom engineering, or related fields. • Strong understanding of outside plant engineering, construction and mapping software, especially ArcGIS. • 2.5+ years of experience in the design of telecom networks using design/planning tools. • Certificates in Fiber Optic Cable and Systems • Should have any Certificates in GIS, CAD, MicroStation • Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Word and Excel. • Proficiency in design tools like ESRI ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and MicroStation

Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to gather and collect data on the number and type of organizations (business and non-business) within the designated vicinity. • Conduct market research to gather and collect data on the telecommunications industry in general and internet service in particular within the designated vicinity. • Know the competition in the market and the needs and wants of existing and new clients. • Build a vast network of contacts across the designated region to create opportunities for the organization to know the products and services of DIL TECHNOLOGY. • The candidate will be responsible to draw the sales acquisition strategy aa along with a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual roadmap for his/her designated region. • Contact new clients to propose and sell DIL TECHNOLOGY products and services. • Follow up on proposals and agreements daily to secure deals. • Visit clients on regular basis to ensure the quality of services and pay attention to clients’ needs. • The candidate will be responsible for delivering the targets set by the Wholesales Manager and must be able to use his/her strategies to secure higher revenues. • Liaise with internal channel partners to execute plans and deliver clients’ expectations. Job Requirement • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
