A core member of the executive team since the company’s founding, he brings a rare combination of academic depth and executive leadership. He holds a PhD in telecommunications regulatory frameworks and oversees high-value partnerships, complex vendor ecosystems, and mission-critical infrastructure development.
Govan drives operational excellence with a strong focus on efficiency, sustainability, and long-term value creation. He also serves as a member of the Industry Advisory Board of the College of Business at American University of Duhok, where he contributes industry insight to support academic excellence and the development of future business leaders.
