Purpose of the Position:
Ensuring the continuity of the company’s business efficiently and effectively, contributing to achieving the strategic objectives through professional management of all strategic, financial, and operational risks.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience, including five years as head of the risk department in a related business.
- A comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications and technology industry and its companies.
- Preferably holds a professional certificate specializing in risk management.
- Strong analytical skills to build and evaluate various scenarios and determine the financial, strategic, and operational impact.
- The ability to think strategically and develop strategies to manage risks effectively.
- Effective communication skills to communicate with team members and senior management and explain various reports clearly.
- Leadership skills to motivate the team and guide them in implementing risk management strategies.
- The ability to make decisions based on available information to make effective and timely decisions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to rapid changes and modify risk management strategies as needed.
- The ability to write risk-related reports in a highly professional manner.
- A Bachelor’s degree in management as a minimum; preferably a Master’s degree in management.
- High ability to present visual presentations in a professional and convincing manner.
- High ability to train and guide employees and build their capabilities in risk management and best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building methodologies, policies, and models for risk management.
- Identifying, documenting, and defining all risks facing the company’s operations and their indicators, whether strategic, financial, operational, technical, or market risks, and developing proposals, controls, solutions, and preventive measures to mitigate these risks in partnership with all relevant parties and departments within the company.
- Evaluating and analyzing the effects and severity of all risks facing the company’s operations in partnership with all departments, and submitting periodic reports on them.
- Building all risk records at strategic, financial, and operational levels and updating them on an ongoing basis in partnership with all relevant departments within the company, and submitting periodic reports on them.
- Evaluating the impact of all changes in the company’s internal or external environment on the potential risks to which it may be exposed.
- Following up on changes in internal and external laws, procedures, and regulations that may affect business continuity and risks in the company.
- Providing guidance and training to employees on best practices in risk management, ensuring improved awareness of risks and how to deal with them at all levels of the company.
